Have you ever noticed how some people find it really easy to change their lives?

You’re not alone. Most of us have felt stuck at some point in our lives. You might be held back by an anxiety, fear or phobia, a health condition, pain, relationship difficulties, smoking, unwanted memories or weight and food issues. Maybe you’re not sure you’ve ever really found your purpose in life, and so you keep going, doing the best you can but never feeling 100% about it all. You’d probably like to change things, but chances are you think, “I can’t”. Maybe you know you can’t, because you’ve tried before (sometimes many times before) and failed.
The good news is: the fact you’re reading this shows that you’re ready to make the changes you want. In fact, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at just how comfortable and right those changes can feel. You don’t have to set tough or unpleasant goals for yourself, and will power or ‘trying harder’ are not required either!
