Take control of your weight and get the wellbeing you want with a 6 week programme of group telephone coaching classes. Take part from the privacy and comfort of your own home! Private telephone and face-to-face sessions are also available.

How do you feel about your weight? Are you confident and comfortable? Or do you feel self-conscious and uncomfortable?

 

We’ve all got bad habits, and unhelpful food habits are particularly hard to break by out of by ourselves. Food is more than just fuel – sometimes it’s about comfort, or reducing anxiety. Maybe you turn to food when you’re stressed, or to replace something else that’s missing in your life. Or perhaps you try to eat healthily but the weight still won’t shift. If I can show you a safe, comfortable and simple way we could work together to achieve what you want, would you be interested?

 

I don’t work with calorie counting, deprivation, shame/blame or weigh-ins! Most of our unhelpful food habits come from our underlying emotions, beliefs and self-image. Your actual weight is just a number – an outside sign of what’s going on inside.

 

Each week you and a small group of other people will dial in to my private conference call number (standard call rates apply). We’ll start with a welcome and update. The remainder of the time is used for group discussion, change techniques and action planning.  You’ll feel yourself making progress each week towards your goals – changing your self-image, feeling more comfortable in your body, making healthier choices and feeling more confident.
